Ebola ni tishio Afrika Magharibi

Nchi ya Liberia imefunga mipaka yake iliyo mingi ya kuingia nchini humo ili kudhibiti kuenea kwa maambukizi mapya ya ugonjwa Ebola.
Hata hivyo katika kuongeza jitihada Zaidi nchi hiyo vituo vya uchunguzi vimewekwa katika baadhi ya mipaka ya kuingia nchini humo vikiwemo viwanja vya ndege.
Katika hatua nyingine moja ya shirikakubwa la ndege Nigeria la Arik Air limesitisha ndege zake kuelekea Liberia na Sierra Leone baada ya mtu mmoja kubaini kuwa na ugonjwa huo wakati akisafiri kwa ndege kuelekea Nigeria.
Hadi sasa virusi vya Ebola vimesababisha vifo kwa watu 660 Afrika Magharibi tangu ugonjwa huo ulipozuka mwezi February mwaka huu.
Nigeria pia inachukua tahadhali katika mipaka yake baada ya kuthibitisha kufariki kwa raia mmoja wa Liberia wakati akiwasili uwanja wa ndege wa Lagos.

Wanamgambo wa kiislamu wa Al Shabab wamempiga mwanamke mmoja risasi na kumuua kwa kukosa kujifunga niqab kichwani.
Jamaa za mwanamke huyo mwenyeji wa mji wa Hosingow kusini mwa Somalia wanasema mwanamke huyo alikataa kujifunika kitambaa kichwani kuambatana na sheria za dini ya kislamu .
''alikuwa ameonywa ajisitiri lakini wapiganaji hao waliporejea wakashikwa na hasira walipopata kuwa hakuwa amejifunika na hivyo wakampiga risasi''.
Al Shabab yaua mama kwa kukosa Niqab
Jamaa zake wameiambia BBC kuwa Ruqiya Farah Yarow alikuwa amewafokea wapiganaji hao akiwataka waondoke kwake na kusema kuwa angejisitiri baadaye.
Kundi la Al Shabab linalomiliki asili mia kubwa ya maeneo ya Kusini na Katikati ya Somalia na limekuwa likishinikiza kutumiwa kwa sheria kali za kiislamu.
Hata hivyo msemaji wa kundi hilo amekanusha kuwa ni wao waliomuua mwanamke huyo .
Msemaji huyo anasema kuwa licha ya kudhibiti maeneo makubwa nchini humo kundi hilo bado halijatoa maelezo ya vipi wanawake wanastahili kujisitiri.

Shambulizi Gaza laua watu 15 katika soko
Takriban watu 15 wameuwa na wengine 160 kujeruhiwa vibaya katika shambulizi kali la angani lililotekelezwa na Israeli kwenye soko moja huko Gaza .
Kwa mjibu wa viongozi wa Kipalestina mlipuko mkubwa ulilipua soko moja la Shejaiya la kuuza matunda na mboga ambalo kwa kawaida huwa na idadi kubwa ya watu, mashariki mwa Gaza.
Msemaji wa wizara ya afya Nchini Palestina amesema kuwa idadi kubwa ya wapalestina waliouwawa ama kujeruhiwa walikuwa wakiendesha shughuli za ununuzi wa bidhaa.
Msemaji wa kundi la Hamas, linalothibiti maeneo hayo Sami Abu Zuhri amekatalia mbali muafaka wa amani na kutaja kuwa hauna maana.
Wanahabari wanasema kuwa haijafahamika bayana iwapo wapalestina walikuwa wakijua kuwa watashambuliwa.

Walioshuhudia wanasema kuwa, waliona moshi mkubwa ukifuka kutoka eneo hilo huku magari ya kutoa huduma ya kwanza yakionekana yakiingia na kutoka mahalipa tukio.
Aidha inasemekana kuwa mmoja wa waandishi habari ameuwawa katika shambulio hilo.
Wakati huo huo, majeshi wa nchi kavu ya Israel yamesema yatasitisha mapigano kwa muda wa masaa manne, lakini kauli hiyo haitotumika katika maeneo ambako wanajeshi wake wanaendeleza opereshen

Ajali yaua watu 17 Tanzania

Moja ya ajali ya magari ya abiria
Watu 17 wamekufa na wengine kadhaa kujeruhiwa katika ajali ya gari iliyotokea mkoa wa Dodoma katikati mwa Tanzania.
Taarifa zinasema ajali hiyo imetokea baada ya magari mawili, moja lori na jingine basi la abiria kugongana uso kwa uso.
Akizungumza na BBC Kamanda wa Polisi wa Mkoa wa Dodoma David Misime amesema ajali hiyo iliyotokea majira ya saa mbili za asubuhi siku ya jumatano imesababishwa na kile kinachodaiwa kuwa uzembe wa dereva la gari moja lililohusika katika ajili hiyo.
Amesema ajali hiyo ilihusisha basi la abiria na Lori ambayo yaligongana uso kwa uso baada ya dereva wa lori kujaribu kulipita gari jingine bila kuangalia vizuri na hivyo kujikuta yakigongana.
Tayari polisi wa Tanzania wameanza uchunguzi ili kujua chanzo cha ajili hiyo lakini hata hivyo imeshindwa katika hatua za awali kumshikilia mtu yoyote kwa vile maderava na magari yote ni miongoni mwa walikufa katika ajali.
Hii si mara ya kwanza kwa ajali kama hii kutokea hapa Tanzania ambapo sababu kadhaa zimekuwa zikitajwa kusababisha ikiwemo mwendo kasi wa magari, uzembe wa madereva, pamoja na ubovu wa barabara

Mjadala kuhusu katiba mpya ulitawala katika hotuba mbalimbali zilizotolewa jana wakati wa maadhimisho ya sikukuu ya Iddi El Fitri jana huku masheikh na viongozi wa serikali wakiwataka wajumbe wa Bunge Maalumu la Katiba kutumia weledi, uadilifu na kuepuka maslahi binafsi ili kuhakikisha Watanzania wanapata katiba iliyo bora.

SHEIKH MKOA WA IRINGA

Akizungumza baada ya kumalizika kwa swala ya Idd El-Fitri, iliyofanyika katika Uwanja wa Samora mjini Iringa jana, Sheikh wa Mkoa huo, Mohamed Mgwila, alisema viongozi wa dini wanashirikiana na waumini wote kuombea amani nchini kuhusiana na mchakato  wa katiba mpya ili maslahi ya umma yazingatiwe na siyo ya binafsi au ya chama.

“Viongozi wote wa dini hapa nchini tunahakikisha kuliombea taifa kupatikana kwa katiba iliyo sahihi bila kuvuruga amani iliyopo,” alisema Sheikh Mgwila.

Alisema siyo jambo jema kwa wahusika, hususan viongozi wanaoshughulikia jambo hilo  kujikita katika kutetea maslahi ya kundi au watu fulani katika jamii, bali inatakiwa watetee maslahi ya umma, ambayo itawasaidia kizazi hiki na kijacho.

MDHAMINI WA BAKWATA
Mdhamini wa Baraza Kuu la Waislamu Tanzania (Bakwata), Sheikh Omary Nzowa,  alisema maadhimisho ya Sikukuu ya Idd El-Fitri yanapaswa kuimarisha ushirikiano   miongoni mwa jamii, huku akitaka kila kundi kutumia hekima hiyo kurejesha uhusiano wao.

ISLAMIC CENTRE
Mkuu wa Kituo cha Islamic Centre, Sheikh Hassan Mohamad, aliwataka  Waislamu kutoacha ibada hata baada ya kumalizika kwa mfungo wa mwezi mtukufu wa Ramadhani.

SHEIKH MKOA DODOMA
Sheikh wa Mkoa wa Dodoma, Mustapha Rajabu Shabani, amewataka wajumbe wa Bunge hilo kuwa kitu kimoja na kuacha kuendekeza makundi na malumbano ya kisiasa yasiyo kuwa na msingi wakati watakaporudi bungeni mapema mwezi ujayo ili kupata katiba iliyo bora na siyo bora katiba.

Alisema hayo alipokuwa akihutubia waumini wa dini ya Kiislamu kwenye swala ya Idd El-Fitri, iliyosaliwa katika Msikiti wa Gadafi mjini Dodoma jana.

Sheikh Rajabu alisema wajumbe wa Bunge hilo wamekuwa wakiendekeza malumbano yasiyokuwa na tija kwa kila mmoja kusimamia maslahi ya chama chake na kuacha kuwa wamoja katika kuhakikisha wanapata katiba iliyo bora.

“Kama sintofahamu hii haitakwisha, basi ni ukweli usiopingika kuwa hakuna katiba itakayopatikana kutokana na kutokuwapo kwa umoja wa wajumbe wa Bunge hili la Katiba,” alisema Sheikh Shabani.

Aliwataka wajumbe hao kutambua kuwa wao ni wawakilishi wa wananchi, hivyo hawana budi kufanya maamuzi kwa kulenga maslahi ya wananchi na siyo vyama vyao.

“Katiba hii siyo kwa ajili ya chama fulani wala kikundi fulani, hivyo tunatakiwa kuwa makini na kuwaombea wajumbe hawa ili waweze kuachana na malumbano ya vyama na kufanya kile walichotumwa na wananchi,” alisema.

Aliwataka Waislamu kote nchini kuendelea kuliombea taifa kuwa na utulivu na wasiwe tayari kurubuniwa ili wawe chanzo cha uvunjifu wa amani iliyopo nchini.

Hata hivyo, aliwasihi waumini wa dini hiyo kuutumia mfungo wa mwezi wa Ramadhani kuwa semina kwao ya kufanya mambo mema siku zote za maisha yao.

“Siyo leo Ramadhani inaisha basi iwe ndiyo tumefungulia maovu yetu tuliyoyaficha katika mwezi, ambao umeonekana kuwa na utulivu wa hali ya juu baa zimekuwa na utulivu kana kwamba sisi Waislamu ndiyo inaoneka tumekuwa wanywaji sana,” alisema.

SHEIKH ZUBERI
Sheikh Ahmed Zuberi aliwataka Watanzania kuendelea kuijenga na kuilinda amani isichafuliwe na wanasiasa, ambao watapita na vyama vyao vitapita.

Aliwataka wanasiasa kuchunga kauli zao wanazozitoa kwa wananchi wakati wakiongea nao, kwani zinaweza kuleta machafuko.Alisema maeneo yenye machafuko kwa sasa katika maeneo mengi yanasababishwa na watu kutaka madaraka kwa nguvu hata kufikia wakati kuvunja amani iliyopo.

SHEIKH WILAYA DODOMA

Sheikh wa Wilaya ya Dodoma, Mohamed Ramadhani aliwataka Waislamu nchini kudumisha amani wakati wote na kuepuka ushawishi kutoka kwa watu wasioitakia mema nchi

Akizungumza mjini Dodoma katika swala ya Idd El-Fitri, iliyofanyika kiwilaya katika Msikiti wa Jailan, Sheikh Ramadhan alisema Watanzania wamepewa neema na Mwenyezi Mungu ya amani, ambayo nchi nyingine ulimwenguni hazina.

“Watanzania wenzangu tuendeleze amani yetu tuliyonayo. Wote Wakristo kwa Waislamu tujiepushe na vurugu, ambazo zinaweza kuiingiza nchi yetu katika machafuko ili kuendelea na amani na kufanya vitu kwa uhuru popote tutakapotaka kwenda bila kupata tabu yoyote ya vurugu,” alisema Sheikh Ramadhani.

Alisema Watanzania wanatakiwa kuilinda amani na kujiepusha na vurugu na ushawishi, ambao wamekuwa wakipatiwa na watu wengine.Aliwataka Watanzania kujitahidi kuimarisha amani na hasa wakati huu nchi ikiingia katika mchakato wa katiba mpya.

Alisema waasisi wa taifa walijenga taifa katika hali ya umoja hivyo Watanzania wanapaswa kuutunza umoja huo uliopo na kuendelea kuishi kwa amani kama miaka yote.

“Nchi kama haina amani, wananchi wake watashindwa kuwa na uhuru wa kuabudu kama tunavyoabudu hivi sasa ni kwa sababu ya amani tuliyo nayo. Tukiipoteza kuirudisha kwake itakuwa ni shida,” alisema Sheikh Ramadhan.

Aliongeza: “Waislamu na Wakristo tumekuwa tukishirikiana kwa miaka mingi sana na tumeimarisha amani yetu tukiwa pamoja hata katika mazingira tunayoishi tunaishi tukiwa katika mchanganyiko hata mtume aliishi na watu wasio Waislamu.”

Aliwataka Waislamu kote nchini kuendeleza kutenda mema kama walivyokuwa katika kipindi cha mwezi mtukufu wa Ramadhani ili baraka za Mungu ziendelee kuwa nao.

SHEIKH MKOA RUKWA
Sheikh wa Mkoa wa Rukwa, Rashid Akilimali, aliwashauri wajumbe wa Bunge hilo wanaounda Umoja wa Katiba ya Wananchi (Ukawa) kurejea bungeni ili kuijadili rasimu ya katiba.

Alitoa ushauri huo mara baada ya kumalizika kwa sala ya Iddi El-Fitri, iliyofanyika kimkoa, katika Msikiti Nuru, maarufu kwa jina la “Bakwata”, uliopo katika Manispaa ya Sumbawanga, mkoani Rukwa.

Alisema ifike mahala Ukawa waamini kuwa kile wanachokifanya siyo sahihi kutokana na kususa kuhudhuria vikao vya Bunge hilo.
Sheikh Akilimali alisema kitendo hicho kinasababishia serikali na wananchi hasara kubwa kutokana na kutopata katiba kwa wakati, huku fedha nyingi zikiwa zimetumika.

IMAMU WA MSIKITI WA NURU
Awali, akitoa mawaidha katika ibada hiyo ya Idd, Imamu wa Msikiti huo, Nassibu Masoud, aliwataka vijana wote nchini kumrudia Mungu na kuachana na mambo ya kidunia na yale ya kuiga, ambayo wengi wao yamekuwa yakiwasababishia madhara makubwa.

Alisema kwa sasa vijana wengi wanakosa kuishi kwa maadili kutokana na kujiingiza katika mambo yasiyofaa na kuacha kumcha Mwenyezi Mungu.

SHEIKH MKOA ARUSHA
Viongozi wa dini ya Kiislamu mkoani Arusha wameahidi kuendelea kusaidia kutoa  ushirikiano wa kukabiliana na watu wanaopitia migongo ya madhehebu ya dini kufanya  maovu na kuwataka vijana kuwa macho na baadhi ya watu wanaotaka kuwarubuni  wakubali kutumia nguvu zao kuvuruga amani ya nchi.

Wakizungumza baada sala ya Idd El-Fitri, viongozi  hao, akiwamo  shekh  mkuu  wa  mkoa  Shaban  Bin  Jumaa, wamesema  kimsingi  wote  wanaofanya  maovu  kwa  kupitia   kwenye  madhehebu  ya dini   siyo  waumini  wa  kweli   kwani  hakuna dhehebu la  dini  linaloelekeza  mtu  kufanya maovu Shekh shabani  amesema  vitabu vyote  vitakatifu  vinaonyesha kuwa  lengo  la  madhehebu  yote ya dini  ni  kutenda  mema  na  kushirikiana  na  kupendana  na watu wote waliopokea  ujumbe  huo  vizuri  wamekuwa wanatekeleza  hilo   na  ni jambo lililoko wazi  kuwa  wanaokwenda kinyume   eidha  wana  agenda  zao   ama  hawajaelewa  vizuri   na  wanahitaji  kujifunza zaidi kwa upande wake  Imamu  wa  msikiti  wa  Ngarenaro  Mahamud  Suleiman  Nyambwa  na  Imamu wa Msikiti  wa  Ollmatejoo  Omari  Saidi   wameiomba serikali  kutomuonea  huruma  mtu yeyote  anayetaka kutumia  kivuli  cha  dini  kuvuruga  amani.

Viongozi  hao  wamesema   kimsingi  licha  ya  kuwapo  kwa  tofauti  za  njia  za  kuabudu  dini  zote  zinahamasisha amani upendo  na  ushirikiano  na  wanaokwenda kinyume  hawana lengo  la  kuabudu  bali  wanaweza  wakawa  na  agenda zao Sala  ya Idd El-Fitri,  ambayo kimkoa ilifanyika  katika  uwanja  wa  Sheikh  Amri  Abedi   na  pia  katika  misikiti mbalimbali   imemalizika  kwa  amani  na  huku  jeshi  la  polisi  likiwa  limeimarisha  ulinzi  wa  aina  mbalimbali   ukiwemo  wa  askari  kanzu  na  wa  kawaida.

SHEIKH MKOA RUVUMA
Waumini wa dini ya Kiislamu mkoani Ruvuma wametakiwa kusherehekea Sikukuu ya Idd El Fitri kwa amani, utulivu na upendo miongoni mwao na jamii inayowazunguka kama ilivyoagizwa na Mwenyezi Mungu katika mafundisho yake kwa wanadamu.

 Kauli hiyo ilitolewa na Shaban Kitete wa Mkoa wa Ruvuma wakati akitoa mawaidha kwenye Msikiti wa Mkoa wa Ruvuma uliopo mjini Songea katika kusherehekea Sikukuu ya Idd El Fitri.

Alisema Waislamu wote nchini wanapaswa kuwa chachu ya kudumisha amani, umoja na upendo uliopo nchini siyo tu wakati wa mfungo wa mwezi wa Ramadhan na Sikukuu ya Idd wanapaswa kuishi hivyo katika maisha yote.

Aidha amewataka kujijengea utamaduni wa kusherehekea sikukuu hiyo kwa kualika watu wengine bali kujali itikasi zao za kidini kwa kufanya hivyo kunadhirisha maana halisi ya sikukuu hiyo na kutazidisha upendo na usalama wa nchi ambao kila mmoja anauhitaji katika kuishi kwake na kamwe wasikubali kutumiwa watu au vikundi vya watu wasiotakia mema nchi iliyojaa amani na utulivu kwa miaka mingi.

Amesema kila Mtanzania amnapaswa kumshukuru Mungu kwa kuijalia amani nchi kwa miaka mingi hivyo kila mmoja anapaswa kuishi katika misingi ya kudumisha amani hiyo iliyopo ambayo ina historia kubwa ndani na nje ya nchi ambayo inamfanya kila mmoja ajivunie kuitwa Mtanzania ikilinganishwa na matukio ya uvunjifu wa amani yanayotokea katika mataifa mengine ulimwenguni ambayo yanasababisha vifo kila uchao.

Akitoa mfano wa maafa hayo Shekh Shaban Kitete amelitaja tukio la hivi karibuni ambalo ndege ya nchini Malasya imaeangushwa na kusababisha vifo vya takribani 300 ulimwengu wote umelaani na kukemea mauaji hayo lakini ulimwengu huo huo unashindwa kulaani na kukemea kwa nguvu mauaji yanayofanywa na Israel kwa wananchi wa Palestina ambayo mpaka sasa idadi yao inafikia zaidi ya mia moja.

Aidha ametoa wito kwa mataifa yote ulimwenguni kote kutumia nguvu zao kuhakikisha ulimwengu wote unakuwa salama na wenye amani na utulivu kwani muumini wa imani yoyote anayeweza kuabudu kama hakutakuwa na amani ya kuwafanya wanadamu wote kuishi kama ndugu bila kujali imani na itikadi walizo nazo kwa sababu imani zote zinamtukumza na kumuabudu Mungu mmoja.

Akizungumzia mchakato wa katiba mpya unaoendelea Shekh Shaban amewaasa wajunbe wa umoja wa katiba ya wananchi(UKAWA) kurejea bungeni kuendelea na mjadala huo ili hatimaye katiba mpya itakayowasaidia watanzania wote kuishi kwa amani na kujiletea maendeleo yao iweze kupatikana na amesema kuwa kama UKAWA wanasusia bunge hilo kwa maslahi na mustakabali mwema wa nchi Mungu awabariki lakini kama ni kwa maslahi yao binafsi na ya kisiasa Mungu atawahukumu.

Amewaasa wanasiasa wote chini kudumisha amani,upendo na utulivu kwa kutumia utamaduni wa kujadiliana na kuridhiana katika masuala yote yaliyo na utata kwa mustakabali wa nchi kama ulivyorithishwa kwa wazee wa taifa hili na siyo kulumbana na kukashifiana kwani huo siyo utamaduni wa watanzania.

PINDA
Akizungumza katika Baraza la Iddi lililofanyika kwenye Ukumbi wa Diamond Jubilee jijini Dar es Salaam jana, Waziri Mkuu Mizengo Pinda aliwasihi wajumbe wanaounda Umoja wa Katiba ya Wananchi (Ukawa) kuacha kususia vikao vya Bunge la Katiba na kurejea bungeni ili wapate nafasi ya kuzungumza tofauti zao na kuzimaliza kwa nia ya kunusuru mchakato wa kuundwa kwa katiba mpya.

Akieleza zaidi, Pinda alisema kuwa kiutaratibu, ndani ya Bunge Maalum la Katiba kuna Kamati ya Mashauriano ambayo inaweza kumaliza mabishano au tofauti zozote zilizojitokeza baina yao.

Ukawa huwahusisha wajumbe wengi kutoka Chama cha Demokrasia na Maendeleo (Chadema), Chama cha Wananchi (CUF) na NCCR-Mageuzi.
Hii siyo mara ya kwanza kwa Waziri Mkuu Pinda kuwasihi wajumbe wa Ukawa kurejea bungeni.

Aliwahi pia kutoa kauli kama hiyo mkoani Kilimanjaro wakati akiweka jiwe la msingi katika Chuo cha Ufundi Gonja/Mheza, kilichopo katika Wilaya ya Same, akisisitiza kuwa ni vyema wakarejea na kuzungumza ili wasameheane pale walipokosea na kuwezesha mchakato wa kuundwa kwa katiba kuendelea.

Bunge hilo maalum la katiba linatarajiwa kuanza tena Agosti 5, lakini hadi sasa, uwezekano wa wajumbe wa Ukawa kurejea bungeni ni mdogo kwani viongozi wao, wakiwamo Mwenyekiti wa Chadema, Freeman Mbowe na wenzake wa CUF, Profesa Ibrahim Lipumba na James Mbatia wa NCCR - Mageuzi wamekuwa wakisisitiza kuwa hawatarejea bungeni hadi watekelezewe masharti yao.
 
Ukawa waliamua kutoka bungeni na kuwaacha wajumbe wengi walio wafuasi wa Chama cha Mapinduzi (CCM) baada ya kupinga jaribio la kubadili rasimu iliyowasilishwa na Tume ya Mabadiliko ya Katiba iliyoongozwa na Jaji mstaafu Joseph Warioba, ambayo imeonyesha kuwa maoni ya wananchi yakitaka muundo wa muungano wa serikali tatu.

Wajumbe wanaoiunga mkono CCM wamekuwa wakipinga maoni hayo ya Tume ya Warioba na kutaka kuendelea kuwapo kwa muundo wa muungano wa serikali mbili lakini uliofanyiwa mabadiliko makubwa.

Men often worry about their sexual health especially as they grow older, but now it is becoming a growing concern among the younger generation. While problems with performance and even penile size will always be some of the most common concerns of men at any age, fertility is now becoming an issue with men under the age of 40. A man’s sperm count is not only important to their sexual health, but also for their emotional well being. It is often seen as a sign of a man’s virility and it also affects his ability to father a child.
There are several different factors that can affect a man’s sperm count, including diet, exercise, and lifestyle habits. While all of these contributing issues can be addressed and corrected, many men never consider whether or not their laptop could also be affecting their sexual health. This everyday device that almost all men use continuously, could be having a negative effect on a man’s sperm count.

In a study performed by researchers and urologists in 2004, it was discovered that holding laptop computers on the knees could be affecting male fertility. What the Study Learned
With all of the men participating in the study dressed similarly, researchers recorded their body temperatures and then allowed them fifteen minutes to become adjusted to the constant room temperature. To ensure accuracy in their results, all of the men were given laptop computers with only some of them actually in working order. Once the participants had balanced the devices on their laps, researchers removed the non functioning computers. This was done to ensure that body temperature did not change according to which subject’s laptop would be turned on.
For the hour long session, participants help the computers on their laps with their scrotal temperature being automatically recorded every three minutes. At the end of the hour long period, the results of the test were recorded. Researchers were surprised to discover that both groups of men experienced a rise in scrotal temperature, which adds more support to the theory that sitting for long periods of time can cause a man to experience a decline in his sperm count. It was noted that the men who did hold a working computer in their laps experienced a more drastic increase in scrotal temperature, around 2.7 degrees Celsius or 5 degrees Fahrenheit.

Dk. Moiz  Vejlan  ambaye  ni  bingwa  wa  mifupa  katika  Hospitali  ya  Rufaa  ya    Mkoa  wa  Morogoro, anasema  kuwa  dawa  za  asili  za  mitishamba  si  mbaya  kwa  afya  ya  binadamu  katika  matumizi  ya  tiba, bali  inategemea    mgonjwa  mwenyewe  anavyo  iamini  hiyo  dawa  kama  tiba  yake.

Mtaalamu  huyoi  anaeleza  kuwa  wataalamu  wa  mitishamba  wamekuwa  wakipata  umaarufu  mkubwa  kutokana  dawa  wanazo  zitumia  kudaiwa  kuwaponyesha  wagonjwa  wengi, lakini  kitaalamu siyo  vizuri  kwani  wao  hutibu  mgonjwa bila  kujua  ukubwa  wa  jeraha  kwa  undani.
“ Kwa  kawaida  mtu  aliyevunjika  mfupa  lazima  apigwe  x-ray  ili  kujua  ukweli  na  ukubwa  wa  tatizo, lakini  kwa  wenzetu  wa  miti  shamba  hilo  halipo. Wao  hutumia  utaalamu  na  uzoefu  walio  jaliwa  na  Mungu  wao” anasema.
Dk. Vejilani  anasema  Hospitali  nyingi  hasa  za  serikali zinakabiliwa  na  changamoto  ya  vifaa  vya  kutibu  na  kuunganisha  mifupa, kitu  ambacho  kimekuwa  kikiwafanya   wagonjwa  wengi  kukimbilia  kwa  wataalamu    wa  mitishamba wakiamini  kuwa  hospitalini  hakuna  tiba.
“ Tunakabiliwa  na  changamoto  ya  ukosefu  wa  vifaa, kitu  kinacho  wafanya  wagonjwa  wengi washindwe  kuamini  kuwa  dawa  za  kitaalamu zinatibu  na  kukimbilia  kukimbilia  mitishamba”  anasema.
Anashauri  serikali  iwatambue  na  kuwathamini  kwa  kuwaandalia  mazingira  mazuri  wataalamu hao  wa  tiba a sili  kwani  wanawasaidia    watu  wengi, hususani  walio  vunjika  viungo.

“ NIMR   kwa  sasa  inafanya  kazi  za  utafiti  wa  dawa  nyingie  tu  za  asili  lakini  si  zinazohusu  tiba  ya  mifupa.  NIMR  haifanyi  wala   hakuna  mganga  yeyote aliyeleta  maombi  ya  dawa  yake  kufanyiwa  utafiti “  anasema  Dk.  Massaga.

Anasema  ingawa  hafahamu  kama   dwa  hiyo  imethibitishwa  na  wataalamu  wa  afya, anasema  inaonyesha  uwezo  mkubwa  wa  kutibu  haraka  tofauti  na  baadhi  ya  dawa  zitolewazo  hospitalini.
“ Siku  hizi  ukienda  hospitali  kununua  dwa  unaweza  kuuziwa  dawa  feki, lakini  beneuni  ni  mti  ambao  mtu  yeyote  anaweza  kuutafuta  na  kuuweka  nyumbani  kwake”  anasema.
Hata  hivyo,  Masinga   anatoa  angalizo  kwa  wagonjwa  waio  fahamu  dawa  hiyo  kuwa  haitumiki  kutibu  mtu  aliyejeruhiwa  na  mnyama  au  nyoka  mwenye  sumu  kwa  kuwa  haina  uwezo  wa  kuondoa  sumu.
Alipotakiwa  kuzungumzia  ubora  na  matumizi  ya  dawa  hizo  na  nyingine  nchini, ofisa  uhusiano  wa  Mamlaka  ya  Chakula  na  Dawa  ( TFDA), Gaudensia  Simwanza  anasema  ofisi   hiyo  haihusiki  na  dawa  za  asili  ila  kuna  idara  maalumu  Wizara  ya  Afya inayo  shughulikia  dawa  za  asili.
